Privacy notice
This is a plain draft that must be reviewed by a qualified professional before it is published. Square brackets mark the parts that are not decided or not checked yet.
Who we are
divorcecompass.co.uk, 112 York Road, Belfast, BT15 3HF. You can contact us at [email protected]. [Company number and legal entity name to be added]
What we collect
When you use a form, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We also record which form you used (the Clarity Checkpoint or interest in Clear Path), whether you ticked the box for emails, and when you did so and which wording was on the page.
The Clarity Checkpoint quiz runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us, with one exception. If you ticked the box for emails, your answer to the first question (whether you are married or in a relationship and unsure, thinking about separation, or separated or divorced) is sent so that we can choose which emails to send you. We do not store your other answers.
If you book a coaching session or buy a product, we also collect the details needed to deliver it and take payment, such as your name, email address, the time you booked and what you bought. We do not see or store your full card details. Card payments are handled by Stripe.
Why we use it
To send you your Clarity Checkpoint results and guide. If you tick the separate box, to send you helpful emails about clarity, decision making and rebuilding, and to let you know when Clear Path opens. [Lawful basis to be confirmed by a professional]
Who handles your information for us
ClickFunnels stores your details, sends our emails and runs our checkout. Stripe takes card payments. Calendly handles session bookings. Cloudflare hosts this website. IONOS provides the [email protected] mailbox, so anything you email to us passes through it. [Locations of storage and any transfers outside the UK to be confirmed by a professional]
How long we keep it
[Retention period to be decided]
Your choices
Ticking the box for emails is optional and the box is never ticked for you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Special category information
Information about your relationship or health may be sensitive. [To be reviewed by a professional, including the lawful basis and explicit consent wording.]
