Cancelling and refunds

Decision Journal

You can cancel within 14 days and we will refund you in full. When you buy, you ask us to deliver the Decision Journal straight away and you accept that once you have downloaded it you can no longer cancel. If the file is faulty or is not as described, tell us and we will put it right or refund you.

Group Coaching

You can cancel within 14 days of buying and we will refund you. If you ask us to let you start during those 14 days, you pay a fair share for any sessions you have already attended. If we cancel or move a session, we will offer you another date or refund that session. Sessions you miss are not refunded.

One to one coaching

You can cancel within 14 days. If you ask us to book a session during that time, you pay a fair share for any time already used, worked out from the price you paid. A session already delivered cannot be refunded. If you need to move a session, please give us notice and we will rebook it.

Monthly retainer

You can cancel at any time before your next payment and you will not be charged again. We do not refund a month that has already started.

All products

Your legal rights are not affected by these terms. To cancel or ask for a refund, email [email protected]. We refund to the card you paid with within 14 days of agreeing to your request.
